Shipping Policy

All orders processing times is 3-5 working days working for dispatch, (Excluding pubic holidays and weekends) and will arrive in 7 - 10 working days post dispatch. After receiving notification for dispatch, you will get another notification when your order is has been shipped.  

Free Local Pickup Gold Coast showroom / Brisbane wharehouse for tiles 

We also have the option of free pick up from our showroom in Bundall Gold Coast for small items.

If you have selected for pick up from our showroom. We will notify you via text message or call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival. 

Showroom pick up is available Tuesday – Saturday from 10am – 2pm. If you need pick up times outside of these days and hours, we can organise and confirm this with some notice. Please have your confirmation email when you come in.

Order includes one frameless fixed panel and 3 chrome purity wall brackets brackets colours can be modified and extras may be requested.
